  Have you ever felt tired and stressed from work and when you get home you see your three kids running toward you asking you to play basketball with them?

 You refused and promised them that you would after resting.   Instead of letting your kids down, why not say "yes" after all? You'll be amazed at how much energy you'll have after those 30 minutes of activity. 

  Did you know that training at a moderate pace for just 30 minutes will make you feel much better mentally?

 It has been shown to improve appetite and sharpen your problem-solving style. Not only. You'll also find it easier to sleep at night if you get moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.


What are the benefits of regular physical activity?

 Promotes self-discipline and has a positive impact on the way you perceive life. Exercise helps to lift your spirits and get out of any depression. To start, this can be done for 15 minutes for 2-3 days a week. You can increase the time you spend on it once your body adjusts to it.  

 NEVER force your body! If you hurt yourself, stop. You can take a break for a few days and then start again, but you have to start again on Day

    Here are some moderate exercises you can do and enjoy:   

1. Go for a walk. enjoying your surroundings, walking your dog, with your partner or your child. Encourage your family to do the walking exercise every day and you will find yourself burning calories while enjoying your surroundings and getting enough sunshine which is also good for your body. 

  2. Discover the wonders of Yoga. Yoga is an effective exercise that energizes not only your body but also your soul. You may also want to learn some basic yoga poses that aren't too complicated but be effective. A five-minute yoga exercise can revive and recharge your body with the energy you've lost all day. You relax and stretch at the same time!  

 3. Play sports. Play basketball, soccer, baseball, tennis, or badminton. Many doctors have recommended sports as an effective way to stay fit and healthy. Sport can also be practiced in moderation. Don't take it seriously. Shooting basketball with a friend is a moderate exercise that is also considered a sport.  

 4. Participate in exercise programs at work. If you don't have any exercise programs at work yet, why not start them? You can talk to your boss about it and start with your colleagues. Not only do you lose calories, but it's also a great way to bond with them. This can be done in 30 minutes, 3 times a week.  

 5. Practice during housework. Gardening, raking leaves, mowing the lawn, doing laundry, vacuuming, and washing the car are moderately effective home exercises. Use these tasks to sweat and burn calories. Instead of using machines and gadgets to do these chores, why not do it with your hands and lose some fat?   Exercising as part of your daily routine will surprise you with the number of calories you lose. Doing these moderate exercises of the same amount each day can burn 150 calories up to 1,000 calories per day!
